Brooke and the Forrester Men: 3 Men, 1 Woman
Brooke's marriage proposal to Thorne

Thorne: So it wasn't a dream.

Brooke: Couldn't possibly be.

Thorne: Yeah?

Brooke: Mm-hmm.

Thorne: Why not?

Brooke: Because I never went to sleep last night, so how could I be dreaming?

Thorne: Didn't want to chance it, huh?

Brooke: No, after everything we've been through, I certainly couldn't lose you to a dream.

Thorne: Oh, gosh, this is so unbelievable, huh? We've waited so long for this. And you

know, it almost seems to be too good to be true.

Brooke: Well, the waiting is over.

Thorne: Yeah, how many times have we said that to each other?

Brooke: This time it's for real. We're never going to be apart again -- never.

Thorne: It's happened. It's really happened.

Brooke: Mm-hmm.

Thorne: Bridget gave us her blessing.

Brooke: Yes, she did. And there's nothing stopping us now. Please tell me you believe that.

Thorne: You ever have one of those dreams where you just can't quite get to where you're

going? I've been living my life like that for over a year now. You tell me that we're finally there, but are we really? Are we truly there?

Brooke: God, what I've put you through.

Thorne: Hey, I'm not blaming you.

Brooke: Yeah, well, I'm blaming me.

Thorne: For doing what you thought was best for your daughter?

Brooke: No, I don't regret that, of course. It's just that you fought so hard for us, with your

father and your brother, the Spectras. Your family disowned you, and it was all for us, for our future together. And then when we were so close to having that, I pull out of the relationship because of my daughter.

Thorne: Well, I don't see how that was avoidable, honey.

Brooke: Yeah, well, maybe it wasn't, but still, it just tears me apart every time I think of how much you sacrificed for me.

Thorne: Honey --

Brooke: I'm sorry. I'm so sorry.

Thorne: Hey. You know what? I'd do it all again if I were sure we'd end up together.

Thorne: You want to show me something out here?

Brooke: Yes. Look out at that ocean.

Thorne: It's beautiful.

Brooke: Yes, it is. But do you see anything different?

Thorne: Not really, no.

Brooke: Well, look harder. The sparkle in the sand, the kids out there on their surfboards, the seagulls up in the sky. I want you to remember every detail of this moment. I want you to be more present right now than you ever have been in your life.

Thorne: Okay.

Brooke: You with me?

Thorne: Yeah, 100%.

Brooke: So, you're never going to forget this moment, this day, ever?

Thorne: No, never. Why?

Brooke: Because we're going to look back on this day every year for the rest of our lives. And we're going to remember the warmth of the sun, the cool ocean breeze, the sound of the waves. This is going to be a very special day for us, because this is the day that -- that I ask you to marry me.

Thorne: You're asking me?

Brooke: The first day of the rest of our life together. And there's nothing, no power on earth or in heaven that's ever going to keep us apart from this day forward. Thorne, I want to be your wife. Please tell me you want to be my husband.

Thorne: Oh, yeah, I want to be your husband.

Brooke: So, we're gonna get married then, okay?

Thorne: Yeah. Yeah, Brooke, yeah. We're going to get married.
